As the mid-size coupe in the range, the 4 Series is the newest addition to the BMW family, and thanks to a superb design and excellent driving performance, it has asserted itself on the coupe stage.
Now for 2017, the 4 Series is receiving its first update, with the coupe, Gran Coupe and convertible all being modified for this year.
BMW has cosmetically updated the 4, with a more refined yet stand-out body design paired with new Bi-LED headlights and LED fog lamps brought into the façade of the 4 Series as standard. The stronger lines are consistent throughout all three body types, which maintains the 4 Series style ethos.
Inside BMW has updated the design of the cockpit to make it feel more streamlined and premium, with electroplated metal detailing, high-gloss black central detailing and extra upholstery choices applied to allow the owner to get the right feel for their 4 Series.
To add a sportier ride, BMW will now fit a stiffer suspension set-up to offer a more dynamic handling experience without compromising the ride comfort, with these changes applied to the M Sport and Adaptive Suspension options as well.
For an even more personalised feel to your drive, BMW is offering 31 model and powertrain variations, so that you can find the right 4 Series for you. Also, BMW has updated the optional professional Navigation system, which includes large tile-style control pads for easier usage and can be personalised to suit the driver.
The new 4 Series range will be available from your nearest retailer soon, and to find out more about the model line, contact your nearest Cooper BMW Centre.
