BMW X1
Ideal for customers wanting the space, versatility and raised driving position of an X model with the efficiency and dynamics inherent to all BMW models, the new BMW X1 is the first Sports Activity Vehicle in the compact premium segment, and the first BMW X model offered with either two- or four-wheel drive.
The distinctive exterior styling of the new BMW X1, with its long bonnet and L-shaped rear light clusters, is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional SAV look, while compact dimensions and higher ground clearance make the X1 ideal for both city and out of town driving.
With a light, airy interior and generous headroom, the new BMW X1 is large enough to accommodate driver, passengers and luggage easily. It’s also highly flexible; the convenient 40:20:40 split folding rear seat makes it possible to carry two or three rear-seat passengers and all manner of home, business and leisure equipment. Load capacity ranges from 420 to 1350 litres.
Thanks to BMW EfficientDynamics technologies, best-in-class performance goes hand-in-hand with impressively high fuel economy. The X1 sDrive18d SE, for example, achieves zero to 62mph in 9.6 seconds and a top speed of 124mph, yet fuel consumption is an impressive 54.3mpg on the combined cycle and CO2 emissions are just136g/km.
To complement the high standard specification, there is an extensive range of storage, comfort and driver assist options and accessories. The ski and snowboard bag, for example, enables you to carry four pairs of skis and four adults. The BMW Professional Multimedia Navigation System can be ordered with Reversing Assist camera, while the design package includes Oyster Nevada leather upholstery, Fineline Wave wood trim, front sport seats and Anthracite headlining.
