With its Retractable Hard-Top stowed, the BMW 3 Series Convertible offers 210 litres of luggage space and, unlike many convertibles on the market, can even accommodate longer items such as golf clubs. With the roof up, the Convertible model provides the security and insulation of a coupé, while the large glass rear window lends the car a light and spacious feeling.
When parked with the roof down on a sunny day, convertibles can be sun traps and leather interiors have a tendency to heat up and become uncomfortable. But BMW’s pioneering Sun-Reflective Technology, fitted to all optional leather upholstery, reflects infrared radiation so the seats remain up to 20 degrees cooler when compared to untreated leather.
